Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

In-stock watches typically ship within two business days of order confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Limited editions, made-to-order watches, custom watches, and pre-orders may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery timelines will be listed on the product page when applicable.

Complimentary insured shipping is included on all domestic watch orders.

All timepieces are shipped with tracking and may require an adult signature upon delivery at Lakefork Watch Co.'s discretion.

If you would like items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

APO/FPO Addresses

At this time, Lakefork Watch Co. is unable to ship watches to APO/FPO addresses because shipping insurance is not available through our carriers for these destinations.

Customers are encouraged to provide an alternate shipping address, such as a residential address, business address, or carrier pickup location.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders are shipped via FedEx or other approved carriers depending on destination and availability.

Please note that customs processing times vary by country and may affect delivery schedules. Lakefork Watch Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

If your country does not utilize postal or ZIP codes, please enter "00000" during checkout if required by the ordering system.

Shipping Insurance

All watch shipments are insured while in transit. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact Lakefork Watch Co. promptly so that a claim may be initiated with the carrier.
