LAKEFORK WARRANTY

Warranty & Service

Every Lakefork timepiece is assembled, inspected, adjusted, and regulated in our Idaho workshop before it leaves the bench. We stand behind our work and are committed to supporting every watch we build.

3-Year Limited Warranty

All Lakefork Watch Co. branded timepieces purchased directly from Lakefork Watch Co. are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If a manufacturing defect or assembly issue is identified during the warranty period, Lakefork Watch Co. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective watch or component at no charge. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty service.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects related to:

• Movement function resulting from defects in materials or workmanship
• Dial, hands, and internal components
• Assembly-related defects
• Defects in materials or manufacturing

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage resulting from normal use
• Damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Strap wear and other consumable items
• Damage caused by exposure to conditions beyond the watch's stated specifications

Any work performed by a party not authorized by Lakefork Watch Co. will void this warranty.

Water Resistance

Water resistance ratings vary by model. The water resistance specification for each watch is listed on the individual product page and should be followed accordingly.

Where applicable, water resistance is tested prior to shipment.

Water resistance may be affected over time by normal wear, impact damage, improper crown operation, aging seals and gaskets, or unauthorized service.

If a water-resistance-related warranty claim is submitted, the watch will be evaluated upon inspection. Coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not include damage resulting from misuse, impact damage, improper crown operation, unauthorized service, or normal wear of seals and gaskets.

Customers are encouraged to have water resistance tested periodically, particularly before water exposure if the watch has experienced impacts or has not been serviced for several years.

Service Beyond the Warranty Period

Lakefork watches are designed to be maintained, repaired, and enjoyed for years to come.

After the warranty period has expired, service and repair work will remain available for a reasonable service fee.

As long as Lakefork Watch Co. remains in business, service and repair support will remain available for all Lakefork-branded timepieces.
