Returns, Exchanges & Order Policies

Every Lakefork timepiece is individually assembled, inspected, and regulated in our Idaho workshop. Because many of our watches are produced in small quantities and built to order, we ask that customers carefully review their purchase before placing an order.

Limited Editions & Custom Orders

All limited edition, numbered edition, made-to-order, and custom timepieces are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once an order has been confirmed.

Standard Production Watches

Unworn, undamaged standard production watches may be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible, the watch must be returned:

• In unworn condition
• In its original packaging
• With all accessories, documentation, and included materials

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Lakefork Watch Co. reserves the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, modification, or use.

Accessories

All accessory sales, including straps, tools, and replacement parts, are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders for limited editions, numbered editions, made-to-order watches, pre-orders, and custom timepieces may not be canceled once confirmed.

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Lakefork Watch Co.

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method. Lakefork Watch Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Service & Support

If you experience an issue with your timepiece, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a return.

All Lakefork-branded watches are supported by our service department and are covered by our 3-Year Limited Warranty. In many cases, concerns can be resolved through inspection, adjustment, repair, or warranty service.

Our goal is to keep your watch running reliably for years to come.
